RETURN POLICY

We offer a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. We work extra hard to ensure fresh, superb products. We pride ourselves with responsive customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, you can return it for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Please contact customer service: customercare@doughparlour.com.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Any product returned must be in its original packaging, and mailed with the invoice. We do not provide refunds for courier-related delays.

The Shipping timelines provided at checkout reflect transit courier times, and do not include order processing time. Processing time to fulfill orders takes approximately 1-3 business days, in addition to the courier transit times listed at checkout. Shipping timelines are approximations and are not guaranteed. We do not provide refunds for courier-related delays.  

Free shipping is calculated based on your total after discounts are applied, and before taxes.
